Terms of service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

OVERVIEW

Welcome to Nordic3DPrint.

These Terms of Service apply to the online store operated by Nordic3DPrints OÜ, operating under the brand Nordic3DPrint. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nordic3DPrints OÜ.

Nordic3DPrints OÜ operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with our online shopping services (the "Services"). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services or purchase products from us.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using our Services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority applicable in your country or jurisdiction, or that you are otherwise legally permitted to enter into a purchase contract.

To purchase products from our online store, you may be required to provide certain information, including your name, email address, billing information, payment information, shipping address and telephone number.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately.

However, the colours and appearance of products may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and display settings.

Most of our products are manufactured using 3D printing. Due to the nature of this manufacturing process, minor cosmetic variations, visible layer lines or small differences between individual products may occur. These variations do not normally affect the intended functionality or durability of the product.

Product descriptions, specifications and availability may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to limit available quantities.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

To place an order, select the desired product and quantity, add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.

During checkout, you will be asked to provide the information necessary to process and deliver your order, select an available shipping method and select an available payment method.

Before submitting the order, you will be shown the products ordered, quantities, prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges and the total amount payable. You will also be asked to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

By submitting an order through our online store, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

A sales contract is formed when payment has been successfully completed, we accept your order and send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout, unless otherwise indicated during the checkout process.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including but not limited to:

  • incorrect product or pricing information;
  • suspected fraud or misuse;
  • payment failure;
  • product unavailability;
  • incorrect or incomplete customer or delivery information; or
  • inability to deliver the order to the selected destination.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid, including any shipping charges paid for the cancelled order, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after production, processing or shipping has begun.

Returns, refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by applicable consumer protection law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed to consumers in our Store are stated in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payments made through the Store are processed in euros unless another currency is explicitly displayed during checkout.

The final price payable, including applicable taxes and any selected shipping charges, will be displayed before you submit your order.

Shipping charges depend on the delivery destination and selected shipping method and are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges may apply in the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is submitted, except in the case of an obvious pricing or technical error.

We may offer promotions that are subject to separate terms and conditions. If specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

The payment methods available to the customer are displayed during checkout. Available payment methods may depend on the customer’s location, device, order currency and the payment services activated in the Store.

Online bank payments through Maksekeskus

Online bank payments offered through the Store are intermediated by:

Maksekeskus AS
Registry code: 12268475
Liivalaia 45
10145 Tallinn
Estonia

Online bank payments are completed outside the Store in the secure online banking environment of the bank selected by the customer.

The amount paid by the customer is initially received by Maksekeskus AS on behalf of Nordic3DPrints OÜ and is subsequently transferred to Nordic3DPrints OÜ.

Nordic3DPrints OÜ does not have access to the customer’s online banking credentials, authentication information or other sensitive banking information.

After completing an online bank payment, the customer should select the “Return to merchant” option where it is displayed by the bank. This allows the payment confirmation to be transmitted to the Store and the order process to be completed correctly.

An online bank payment is considered successful after Maksekeskus AS has provided the Store with confirmation that the payment has been completed.

Maksekeskus AS-i registrikood ja aadress vastavad ettevõtte ametlikele andmetele.

Card and digital wallet payments through Shopify Payments

Credit and debit card payments and the eligible digital payment methods displayed during checkout are processed through Shopify Payments.

The Shopify Payments service for merchants established in Estonia is provided by:

Shopify International Limited
The Sidings, 4th Floor
Grand Canal Quay
Dublin D02 E7K8
Ireland

Payment processing and settlement are carried out by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., an applicable Stripe or Bridge entity, or another financial services provider or payment processor identified in the applicable Shopify Payments terms.

Depending on the customer’s location, device and the payment methods activated in the Store, payment options available through Shopify Payments may include:

  • Visa;
  • Mastercard;
  • American Express;
  • UnionPay;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay;
  • Shop Pay; and
  • eligible local payment methods displayed during checkout.

Shopify Payments officially supports card payments and accelerated checkout methods in Estonia, while certain local payment methods are displayed according to the customer’s location and the methods activated by the merchant.

When a customer makes a card or digital wallet payment, the information necessary to process the payment is transmitted to Shopify Payments, the applicable payment processor, the relevant payment network and, where required, the bank or financial institution that issued the customer’s payment method.

Nordic3DPrints OÜ does not receive or have access to the customer’s complete payment card number, card security code or other sensitive authentication credentials.

For security purposes, the customer may be required to complete an additional authentication step, such as 3D Secure verification.

A card or digital wallet payment is considered successful after the applicable payment service provider has provided the Store with confirmation that the payment has been completed.

Shopify’s current payment terms identify Shopify International Limited as the Shopify Payments entity for Estonia and explain that payment processing is performed through the applicable payment processor and financial services providers.

Customer responsibilities when making a payment

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all payment and billing information provided is accurate, current and complete.

By selecting a payment method, the customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected bank account, payment card, digital wallet or other payment instrument.

An order is considered paid only after the Store has received confirmation of successful payment from the applicable payment service provider.

If a payment fails, is cancelled or is rejected by the payment service provider, the order is not considered paid and the sales contract is not considered finalised.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

For deliveries within Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, we currently use Omniva, DPD and SmartPosti. The shipping service providers and delivery methods available for a particular order depend on the delivery destination and are displayed at checkout together with the applicable shipping price before the order is submitted.

International orders outside the Baltic States are generally shipped through Omniva. Depending on the destination country and the selected service, Omniva may transfer the shipment to a local postal operator or delivery partner for final delivery.

Products that are available in stock are normally processed, packed and handed over to the shipping service provider on the next business day after successful payment and order confirmation.

If a product is not immediately available in stock, production normally requires one additional business day. Such orders are therefore normally processed, produced, packed and handed over to the shipping service provider within two business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

The following estimated delivery times apply after the order has been handed over to the shipping service provider:

  • Estonia: 1–3 business days;
  • other European Union countries: 3–7 business days;
  • European countries outside the European Union: 5–10 business days;
  • countries outside Europe: 14–21 business days.

The total estimated time from placing an order until delivery consists of the applicable production and processing time together with the shipping service provider’s estimated transit time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, unusually high order volumes and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the name, shipping address, telephone number, email address and any selected parcel machine or collection point provided during checkout are correct and complete.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, the customer may be responsible for reasonable additional costs associated with reshipping the order.

Where we arrange delivery to a consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the product remains with us until the product has been physically delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, unless otherwise provided by mandatory applicable law.

Please inspect the shipment after receiving it and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if the order:

  • was damaged during delivery;
  • appears to be lost;
  • contains an incorrect product; or
  • does not arrive within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date.

Same information about shipping methods, shipping charges, processing times and delivery is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their content, including but not limited to our brand names, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos and website design, are owned by Nordic3DPrints OÜ or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Unless expressly permitted by us, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our protected content or product designs.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or a licence to use our trademarks, designs, copyrights or other intellectual property except as expressly stated.

The names, logos, product names, designs and slogans associated with Nordic3DPrint may not be used without our prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we do not directly control.

Such tools are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party provider.

We are not responsible for third-party tools or services except to the extent required by applicable law.

You should review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies before using such services.

We may introduce additional features, tools or services in the future. Unless otherwise stated, these will also form part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices or security of third-party websites that are not under our control.

If you choose to access or purchase products or services through a third-party website, you should review that third party's terms and policies.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Nordic3DPrint is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to operate the Store and provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our Store are transactions directly between you and Nordic3DPrints OÜ.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Nordic3DPrint and is not responsible for fulfilling orders or providing our products.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or claims that you may have directly against Shopify where such rights or claims arise independently under applicable law.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our online store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information necessary to provide and improve its ecommerce services.

Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how personal information is collected, used, shared and protected and how you can exercise your data protection rights.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, photographs, feedback or other content to us ("Feedback"), you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide that content.

Unless otherwise agreed, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use Feedback for reasonable business purposes, including improving and promoting our products and Services.

We will not use personal information contained in Feedback contrary to our Privacy Policy or applicable data protection law.

Feedback must not infringe the rights of third parties, contain unlawful or harmful material, or misrepresent its source.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information on our Store may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate and provide any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section affects mandatory consumer rights.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the Services:

  • for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes;
  • to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of another person;
  • to transmit harmful code, malware or viruses;
  • to harass, threaten or harm another person;
  • to submit false or misleading information;
  • to collect personal information about others unlawfully;
  • to interfere with or attempt to circumvent the security of the Services;
  • to send spam or unauthorised commercial communications; or
  • in any other manner that could damage or disrupt the Services or violate applicable law.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or unlawful activity.

SECTION 14 – AUTOMATED ACCESS AND AGENTS

Automated systems, software agents, crawlers or similar tools must not access or interact with the Services in a manner that violates applicable law, these Terms or technical restrictions reasonably implemented to protect the Services.

We may use reasonable technical measures to prevent automated access that threatens the security, availability or proper operation of the Services.

Nothing in this section prohibits lawful access that we have expressly authorised or that cannot lawfully be restricted.

SECTION 15 – TERMINATION

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where there is a legitimate reason, including serious misuse, unlawful activity, fraud or a material breach of these Terms.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including obligations relating to existing orders or amounts lawfully due.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, privacy, liability and governing law provisions, will remain applicable.

SECTION 16 – WARRANTIES AND STATUTORY RIGHTS

We make reasonable efforts to provide the Services accurately and reliably. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate uninterrupted or without temporary errors.

Products purchased by consumers are covered by the mandatory statutory rights and remedies applicable under relevant consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or affects:

  • statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products;
  • legal guarantees or remedies available to consumers;
  • rights that cannot lawfully be waived, limited or excluded.

Any disclaimer contained in these Terms applies only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nordic3DPrints OÜ is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any mandatory liability under applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your intentional unlawful misuse of the Services or your material violation of these Terms.

This section does not impose liability on consumers beyond what is permitted under applicable law and does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to remain valid and enforceable.

SECTION 20 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them and any additional terms agreed in connection with a specific purchase, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Services and purchases made through our Store.

Nothing in this section affects mandatory rights provided to consumers under applicable law.

SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms where such transfer would materially affect our rights without our prior written consent.

We may transfer our rights or obligations in connection with a legitimate business transfer, restructuring or similar transaction, provided that such transfer does not reduce any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service and contracts concluded through our Store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at nordic3dprints2026@gmail.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

If you are a consumer residing in Estonia and we are unable to resolve the dispute through direct communication, you may have the right to submit the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA).

You may also have the right to bring a dispute before another competent dispute resolution body or court in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 23 – HEADINGS

The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of the Terms.

SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

You can review the current version of these Terms of Service on this page at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.

Changes will apply from the effective date stated in the updated Terms and will not retroactively reduce rights relating to orders already concluded unless permitted by applicable law.
